Having a distinctive experience in competition law, we provide a wide range of services including M&A notifications and filing for clearance and exemption of agreements, strategic alliances and other co-operative arrangements, representing clients’ before Competition Board in investigations in various sectors especially information and telecommunications, energy, food and beverages, automotive and financial services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW

We provide full range of services to our clients on their intellectual property for protecting, enforcing and defending their trademarks, copyrights, patents and any other intellectual assets before Turkish Patent Institute and courts. We also provide services in drafting technology transfer agreements, license agreements and other IP related agreements.
